ĐIỀU KIỆN BẢO HÀNH CHO MÁY ẢNH KỸ THUẬT SỐ FUJIFILM ỐNG KÍNH VÀ PHỤ KIỆN MÁY ẢNH

Dưới đây là nội dung chi tiết Điều kiện bảo hành dành cho các sản phẩm máy ảnh kĩ thuật số, ống kính & phụ kiện máy ảnh Fujifilm được phân phối chính thức tại thị trường VIỆT NAM. /The following information is important terms of warranty for Fujifilm digital camera, lenses & accessories which are officially distributed in Viet Nam.

1. Áp dụng bảo hành điện tử cho các sản phẩm máy ảnh kĩ thuật số, ống kính Fujifilm được được phân phối chính thức tại thị trường VIỆT NAM và mua từ ngày 01/10/2015 trở đi. /E-warranty is applied to Fujifilm digital camera, lenses which are officially distributed in Viet Nam and are purchased from 1st of October, 2015 onward.

Các sản phẩm máy ảnh kĩ thuật số Fujifilm, ống kính được được phân phối chính thức tại thị trường Việt Nam và mua trước tháng 10/2015 sẽ áp dụng theo thời gian và điều kiện bảo hành in trên Phiếu Bảo Hành giấy. /Fujifilm digital camera, lenses which are officially distributed in Viet Nam and are purchased before 1st of October, 2015 will follow the period & terms of Warranty card.

2. Thời hạn và điều kiện bảo hành dành cho các sản phẩm Fujifilm Việt Nam (FFVN) được qui định từ ngày 01/05/2017 như sau: /The terms of warranty for Fujifilm Products being given warranty by Fujifilm Việt Nam (FFVN) shall be effective from 1st May,2017 as follows:

• Đối với máy ảnh dòng X Series, GFX Series: Bảo hành 24 tháng tại Việt Nam kể từ ngày mua nhưng không quá 27 tháng kể từ ngày xuất kho. /For X Series, GFX Series of Digital Camera: Warranty repair service shall be provided free of charge in 24 months in Viet Nam but not exceeding 27 months from delivery date from warehouse.
• Đối với ống kính rời Fujinons, ống kính rời GF: Bảo hành 18 tháng tại Việt Nam kể từ ngày mua nhưng không quá 21 tháng kể từ ngày xuất kho. /For Fujinons interchangeable, GF interchangeable lenses: Warranty repair service shall be provided free of charge in 18 months in Viet Nam but not exceeding 21 months from delivery date from warehouse.
• Đối với các dòng máy khác của Fujifilm: bảo hành 12 tháng tại Việt Nam kể từ ngày mua hàng nhưng không quá 15 tháng kể từ ngày xuất kho. /For other Fujifilm digital camera: Warranty repair service shall be provided free of charge in 12 months in Viet Nam but not exceeding 15 months from the delivery date from warehouse.
• Đối với phụ kiện đi kèm (Pin Lithium ion, bộ sạc pin Lithium ion) và phụ kiện mua thêm (đèn flash, ngàm ống kính, dây bấm mềm…): Bảo hành miễn phí 3 tháng tại Việt Nam kể từ ngày mua hàng nhưng không quá 6 tháng kể từ ngày xuất kho đối với pin,sạc đi theo máy. /For accessories of cameras (Lithium ion battery; Lithium ion battery charger…) and external accessories (external flash, adapter ring, remote release…): warranty service shall be provided free of charge in 3 months in VIET NAM from the date of purchase, but not exceeding 6 months from the delivery date from warehouse for Lithium ion battery and Lithium ion battery charger in full box.

3. Dịch vụ bảo hành chỉ được áp dụng khi các linh kiện cấu thành sản phẩm hư hỏng do lỗi nhà sản xuất. /Warranty policy is only applied for the defects in component parts caused by the manufacture.

4. Sản phẩm sẽ không được bảo hành trong các trường hợp sau: /Products shall not be eligible for warranty if the problems caused by:

• Không giữ gìn cẩn thận (rớt, rơi, vỡ, va chạm,…). /Improper or careless treatment (dropped, broken, collided hard,…)
• Do tai nạn hư hỏng do cát bụi, bùn dất, chất lỏng, vật thể lạ lọt vào trong máy/ống kính…). /Accidents caused by dust, soil, liquid, foreign object entering camera/lens…)
• Để máy nơi không thích hợp (nhiệt độ cao, nơi hóa chất độc hại…). /Placing the camera at unsuitable location (high temperature or moistness, poison chemical liquid…)
• Dùng sai loại pin chỉ định hoặc pin hư chảy, lắp ngược pin hoặc nguồn cấp điện không ổn định. /Using wrong appointed battery or battery being broken assembled upside down or by unstable electricity resources.
• Sản phẩm hư hỏng do sử dụng phụ kiện không chính hãng. / The damage caused by using non-genuine accessories.
• Vỏ ngoài, mặt kính, bàn phím nứt bể, trầy xước, bong tróc, hao mòn… /Cover, glass, keypad cracked, scratched, peeling or worn…
• Do sản phẩm đã bị tháo rời hay sửa chữa, bởi một đơn vị dịch vụ khác không phải là FFVN. /Being disassembled or repaired by another service which is not FFVN.
• Không kích hoạt bảo hành điện tử khi mua sản phẩm máy dòng X Series, GFX Series, ống kính rời Fujinon, ống kính rời GF. Khi mua sản phẩm, xin quí khách vui lòng kiểm tra với nhà phân phối/cửa hàng để đảm bảo sản phẩm đã được kích hoạt bảo hành điện tử. /Without E-Warranty activation of X Series, GFX Series of Digital Camera and Fujinon interchangeable lens, GF interchangeable lens when purchasing products. Please check with distributors/retailers to make sure your product is activated after purchased.
• Tem bảo hành của FFVN trên sản phẩm không có hoặc bị tẩy xoá, bong tróc hoặc nội dung trên tem thông tin không thể xác định ./ There is no FFVN warranty stamp on product or the warranty stamp is damaged or the information on the product stamp cannot be verified.

5.Sản phẩm phải được kích hoạt bảo hành điện tử, các thông tin trên sản phẩm và số series phải trùng khớp với thông tin sản phẩm và được phân phối chính thức bởi Fujifilm Việt Nam tại thị trường Việt Nam. /Products must be activated E-warranty. Model name and series number of products must be matched with products that officially distributed by FFVN.

6.Trung tâm bảo hành đảm bảo cung cấp được linh kiện, phụ kiện thay thế trong thời gian bảo hành sản phẩm / Service center ensures to supply of spare parts and accessories for during warranty period.

7.Trong trường hợp có thay thế linh kiện, Trung tâm bảo hành sẽ thu hồi lại linh kiện hỏng của sản phẩm. / In case of replacing spare parts, Service center will retrieve the damaged spare parts of the product.
